  • When can I start using all of MyChart’s features?

    You can check in online for your next appointment up to four days before your visit. Other features will become available on Sept. 18, 2021 including: appointment scheduling, messaging, test and lab results, prescription information, billing, and more.

  • What information from FollowMyHealth will be in MyChart?

    Most of your medical history with Providence will transfer to MyChart. Please note some information may not be fully available in your account until the end of the year.

  • Why are you making these changes?

    These upgrades are part of our commitment to better serve you. Our new system will make it easier to access your medical records and get care when you need it.

  • Can I still check in online before my appointment?

    With MyChart, you’ll be able to use our new online check-in up to four days prior to your appointment, when convenient for you. To get check-in reminders, sign up for MyChart and review your profile and contact info.

  • What else does this mean for me?

    Your appointment may take longer while we adjust to our new system, and you may need to sign documents again.

  • How will this affect my care?

    You’ll continue to get world-class care at all our locations. This upgrade means your records will be in one place for all Providence providers to to view.

  • Where do I pay my bill?

    You’ll be able to view and pay bills for care received on or after Sept. 18, 2021 in MyChart. To pay bills for care received prior to Sept.18, 2021, please follow the instructions on your bill.
