* Accepted but out of network in Alaska. Please note, we do not accept Medi-Cal at this time.
If you have insurance, ExpressCare uses a tiered pricing model aligned to your plan that ensures affordability for all our patients while still remaining competitive in the local market. Please refer to your insurance plan for your copay information. If you do not have insurance, the out-of-pocket visit cost is $149. Lab tests and additional treatments are priced separately.
Payment is due at the time of your visit. Please note that you are responsible for any outstanding amount not covered by your plan.

COVID-19 testing is available at all ExpressCare clinics for people with symptoms or exposure. Please note, a COVID test requires a provider visit. You will be billed for an office visit and the lab test. If you do not have insurance, an office visit is $149, and the lab fee ranges from $75-$130, depending on the type of test ordered.* Providence caregivers, if you have been exposed to COVID-19, please notify your Core Leader and Caregiver Health, who will help you with next steps for your care.
