Virtual Visits

Are available and provides an opportunity to discuss your medical and wellness questions and concerns from the comfort of your home or desk either via telephone or through Zoom video conference. Our Zoom license is HIPAA compliant which safeguards your medical information.

Are available to see new and existing patients for treatment that require an in person visit including:

* Primary care, health coaching and physical therapy services may be offered in a hybrid approach of both virtual and in-person visits to accommodate a variety of needs.

To request a phone, video or office visit, please call 949-250-3737. Telehealth appointment payments may be processed by phone upon checking in for your virtual appointment. Registration forms will be emailed to all new patients.

If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath and have a scheduled appointment, please call us and we can help you determine your next steps.

The safety of our patients, caregivers and physicians continues to be our top priority during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Visitors will be asked to wear a mask, will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms, and will have their temperature taken upon arrival. If you are not feeling well, please call our office so we can determine the best way to serve you.

In addition, we’ve implemented universal masking, healthy distancing guidelines and a no waiting policy when you arrive at your scheduled time.

Precautionary measures at the Total Well-being Center reception will be promoted.

  • With An Appointment: To use hand sanitizer upon entering the Total Well-being Center, maintain safe physical distance from others and keep a face covering on at all times.
  • Without An Appointment: To call the Total Well-being Center for all inquiries including appointments, treatment and retail purchases.

The Total Well-being Center does not offer COVID testing nor vaccines.

If you are experiencing any of the COVID symptoms, we encourage you to get tested. Testing is available at Providence Urgent Care and ExpressCare clinics.
