Willow Griffin was prepared and knowledgeable about my medical records. She seems caring and willing to listen. I had her undivided attention because she was pretty pre-prepared for my visit. She is the ONLY provider at the heart institute that has ever gone over and explained my test results, especially my recent stress echo that I had 7 weeks prior. I was comfortable and she has a wonderful "bed side manner". Willow did not appear rushed or uninterested. Her focus was on me the patient in the room. I would definitely see her again.

Willow Griffith was very thorough. She had all my records on her computer and researched my past history to make sure she understood more about my heart and what it's been through in the last few years. She questioned me at length to be sure she understood my personal feelings as well as how I have been feeling since my pulmonary embolism. Willow is a super communicator and an all-around nice person.

I always get good quality care here. After years of coming here I am always satisfied.
