Dr Wong has been my Dr for about 10 years now and is always willing to discuss my care and gives me recommendations as needed that I appreciated.

I am very satisfied with this provider and his concern for my health.

Great to see them but they often call to reschedule for various reasons and I find this upsetting when it happens many times over.

I needed clearance for a surgery coming up and the office got me in in a timely manner and the doctor listened and was knowledgeable on my current health condition and why I needed clearance from a heart doctor.

For all the years the cardiology team at SMMC has been my cardiac providers, they have diligently worked to consistently communicate, track, order pertinent diagnostic imaging and monitor my heart conditions. They are trustworthy and honest in their communications. The in-house mentoring in cardiology, between doctors, nurses, MA'S, and other staff has greatly improved. I always feel well attended and listened to at my appointments. Thank you, Cardiology Team !

I have had good visits, the office staff was prompt, polite, friendly and helpful.Visit with physician was timely, questions posed and answered. Appointment for a lab test scheduled and when that would be. Return appointment scheduled.

My visit was scheduled with a different provider however, she called in sick and at first I was upset because I came all the way from Chicago just for this appointment. I received a text message a few hours earlier saying that they're excited to see me and look forward to our visit. So, when the staff heard all this they told Dr. WONG and he said that he would go ahead and see me. I was happy to hear this and appreciated his commitment to his patient. I would've been very disappointed if I was turned away without seeing anyone, especially when I cut my vacation short and traveled on a train for 2 days. All went well and I went home a happy camper. Thank you!

Everyone was very polite and professional. The front-desk folks were super. I gave her some cartoons to give to kids that may come to their area.

Doctors are great everyone is helpful

Very complete explanations and concerned regarding medical diagnosis.

The doctor is friendly and attentive. He answers my questions. Sometimes I think of things afterwards which I wish I would have thought to ask or talk about during the visit. I'm confident, however, that should I have any urgent need this doctor and and his team would be there for me.

Dr. Wong Is a profound knowledgeable specialist. I trust him explicitly. For the past 15 years, even though I am no longer in Walla Walla, I choose to continue to deal with Dr.Wong even though a round trip takes me 6 hours. I know he gives 100% to his patients.
