The last appt felt rushed and I left having forgotten to ask a few other questions of Jeon the dermatologist. I came back just after I exited to ask and it was already tok late. I felt rushed. No other doctor in Facey has left me feeling this way. I was surprised and disappointed by only this visit

I find all of my providers to be kind. I never feel rushed. They take the time to listen to me and provide answers to my questions.

I am the mother of the minor who is the patient in this visit. Everyone at the Facey in Burbank is very professional and caring. I felt that my child was listened to and appreciate that the doctor talked directly to them about their questions, and care, rather than through us, the parents.

Dermatologist did biopsy on a small clear bump near my temple and addressed pre cancerous areas on my chest and arms and next to my nose. Very thorough.
