Elza Hart, Elza

Elza is a compassionate individual dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others. With a profound love for children and a passion for helping people, she has made significant contributions both within the hospital setting and in her community. Originally from Russia, Elza moved to the USA ten years ago. She started working as an interpreter in hospitals to help Russian-speaking patients understand their healthcare. Elza's faith and values are central to her life, as she and her family actively participate in their local Christian church, finding strength and purpose in their belief in Jesus as a savior. She volunteers with children's ministry. In 2022, Elza extended her support beyond borders, actively aiding Ukrainian families who refuge in Oregon. Her commitment to providing resources and assistance has been solid, reflecting her deeply embedded values of empathy and unity. Outside of her professional commitments, Elza is a devoted mother, raising three boys alongside her husband. She actively engages with the parenting community as a member of the Parenting Advisory Council in Clackamas County, where mutual support and guidance are shared among parents. Driven by her desire to expand her impact in healthcare, Elza pursued Doula training in 2022, and since then, she has been an integral part of the birthing process for numerous families, providing emotional and physical support during childbirth. Currently, Elza is working on her nursing degree, with aspirations to specialize as a Labor and Delivery nurse. Her journey is characterized by persistent compassionate care and a commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of those she serves.
