I love Cynthia Shaff Chin. She is honest, cares and has been my Dr. For 15 years or so. I trust her and that means a lot. I wanted to refer someone but she doesn't take new clients.

Dr Shaff-Chin is always very respectful and caring.

I've really enjoyed having Dr Shaff-Chin as my primary care, OB, and pediatrician. Because of these multiple roles she has been able to provide great continuity of care. She is knowledgeable, attentive, responsive, and respectful.

The Dr. Was very helpful. There was some misinformation given about whom to see for my knee injury. The provider was helpful in informing me that I was given the incorrect information via my mychart question to my usual provider. This provider was very helpful in referring my need to the appropriate area of care and also on advising me well on how to better schedule for this type of need in the future.

Dr Cynthia is always 100% present when she sees us. She has to be on the computer, but always incorporates it into our visit. She is very thorough in explaining our labs and discussing our problems and our careplans. She is very careful and considered when discussing medications and our "big picture" of health and life style. Dr Cynthia personifies what Family Medicine is all about.

I have been blessed to have Dr Shaff-Chin as my Primary Provider. She is kind, caring, respectful, thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable. There have been some times when I had a serious medical condition and she was "all over it". I got the referrals I needed, the immediate care I needed, the long term follow up I needed. I can't say enough about her attentiveness and caring. I have known that If I ever needed medical help, she would be there for me. I will be moving soon, and one of the hardest things about moving will be that Dr Shaff- Chin will no longer be my Primary. Providence is so lucky to have her. Appreciate her.
