Considering this is a new doctor and I am a critical patient we did well for our first visit. I will see her again

I have found a gem with Dr. Norah!! She is easy to talk to, is very thourough. I had asked her about my coughing fits and she admitted she had never had anyone ask that before ,she was so willing to do research while I was there, explained different causes and ways to treat it. I loved her humility and willingness to learn more for my benefit! She is a keeper!!!!

I was able to get in to see Dr. Nguyen sooner than I thought based on the opening listed in my MyChart. I appreciate the staff scheduling me in a spot that another patient cancelled. Dr. Nguyen always takes the time to listen to me, answer questions and provide thorough information and recommendations.

I followed Dr. Norah Nguyen to the Snohomish Clinic because I did not want to get used to another provider. I am glad I did that. The clinic is not as congested as the Silver Lake Clinic and I never have to wait very long to see her. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Nguyen is a very thorough doctor and explains my care to me and for me. I recommend her care and the care of all that work at this clinic.

Dr. Nguyen is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in addressing my health concerns and highly recommend her others.

My only issue is that I usually have a wait time of 15-30 minutes past my appointment time. It seems my provider needs support in how many patients she needs to see a day

The waiting time to get an appointment with a doctor is definitely too long but I do understand there is more to that aspect. Hopefully it will get better instead of worse.

Dr Nguyen is the best doctor I have ever seen. She has a wonderful, kind manner and is so knowledgeable about my health concerns and what I should and shouldn't be doing. Also, a huge shout out to Alice and the staff who are all so pleasant and respectful. I really feel I'm In good hands.

Great experience, easy, fast and was able to get in and out. Waited less then 5 minutes to be called back, to see provider and get lab work. Highly recommended!!!

Good visit. Front desk was promptly greet and check me In. It wasn't busy hour. I didn't wait long to be call In my MA. Dr. Nguyen Is knowledgeable and passion as always. She met my expectation and satisfaction.

Dr. Norah is easy to talk to about anything, she is understanding, thorough, and does not judge or push me to do things I might not want to do at the time (quit smoking). She also has a great sense of humor! She also explains medical words so It Is easier for me to understand. Glad I found her!

I trust my Dr And I don't trust many people

When I first moved here a year ago, Providence Snohomish was the only facility that could see me in a timely manner. I have a chronic health condition that needs to be monitored. Ive had last experience with Providence, and it has never met me down.

First time seeing this provider. I was very comfortable with her. Great visit.
