Ken always has great energy and very succinct in his communications.

I love Dr. Shiozaki as my provider. He is very knowledgeable and explains things very well, and in a way that I can understand. He is very patient and listens to me as I ask questions and provides suggestions and solutions for concerns I may have.

It was a good experience.very relaxed and trouble free. I look forward to seeing dr.shiozaki again in July 2025.

He explains things in a way that I can understand and doesn't refrain from giving me important information or speaking honestly with me because the information is difficult to hear. I truly appreciate Dr. Shiozaki. In all the time he's been my primary care provider, he's listened to what I have to say, ordered tests necessary to diagnose and treat my conditions for the short and long term. He has never rushed the appointment and taken the time to explain everything to me in a in-depth manner that was easy to understand. He has also communicated to me through My Chart when I've received care or medications from other providers or urgent care to follow up with those appointments. I would recomend Dr. Shiozaki to anyone in a heartbeat. Sadly, I am moving to San Diego and I can only hope to find a primary care provider in that area as good as Dr. Shiozaki.
