Got in right away after an visit to St Jude'the day before it was follow up.

PA Tran listened to the problem with my knee. She examined my knee and ordered an X-ray. Gave me instructions on how to treat my knee and when to follow up.

The provider I saw, although new to me, was very thorough and gave me good answers to all my questions.

At the time of my visit, I was 9 weeks pregnant and had a very bad sinus infection. I was worried and exhausted about my health so I called to see if they could possibly help me. These lovely ladies placed me on the schedule SAME DAY and even allowed me to come in early to be seen. They listened and were empathetic as they could see I was ill and stressed out. The provider examined me carefully and prescribed antibiotics which I definitely needed. Within 3 days I was feeling better. Thank you Diamond Bar office!

Never a bad experience when coming to Providence St JudeHeritage Group. Clerks, receptionists, medical assistants are always cordial and respectful. Saw PA Tran for the first time. Very impressed with her care. She listened, asked questions. Very professional and respectful. Looked into history and asked questions regarding previous conditions. Proactively ordered lab work, and prescribed necessary medications.
