Gretchen Hillman, NPC

This was my first time seeing Gretchen and she is an amazing provider who is very thorough, kind, and easy to understand. I felt comfortable with her and appreciate the time she spent with me helping me understand the medical issues I am having.

Gretchen was very attentive and helpful to my needs.

I feel like she is holding a check list of standard care and not listening to my personal experiences, not open-minded. She is quite professional and caring, but not a good match for me.

SHE IS A VERY GOOD COMMUNICATOR who was explaining to me the results of tests that had been ordered by Dr. Holst my primary physician. She did so very effectively and throughly without making the encounter seem rushed.

I did all that I was told to do, but the headache lasted a week. Still don't know what it was.

I feel more time was needed for my appointment. It seemed rushed at the end, and I had more questions, but I figured we would discuss them further when my blood work comes back.

She looked at a sore on foot, was uncertain what was happening and said she would set up an ultrasound and referral to a podiatrist. She said it did not look infected. I went to the hospital the following day fur to pain and was admitted with a "massive" infection of my foot.

Everything went will and I am happy to be with Providence.

Dr. Hillman is very helpful and I am glad to have a care provider that I feel like I can talk to.

Gretchen Hillman has been a great help in attempting to get to the root of my health issues. She has been patient and thorough in her analysis and in explaining results in terms I'm able to comprehend. I'm thankful for her time to review each test and discuss possible choices and outcomes in taking a particular approach to healing/addressing the issue.

This was my first visit with her, as I'm new to the area and, as someone with ongoing care needs, looking to establish a relationship with a new provider. Gretchen was friendly, knowledgeable, validating, and believed me when I talked about my experience. That's a baseline not always achieved, so I'm looking forward to deepening the relationship.

Excellent service

On this visit each of the care providers I came in contact with did their particular job well, respectfully and with apparent care. FNP Hillman listened carefully to my concern, showed knowledge and called for doctor Holst to weigh in. I am building confidence with my care.

I felt really comfortable with Gretchen as this was a meet and greet appointment. She answered all my questions and made referral to other providers as need. Very prompt in notifying me of results. Extremely satisfied.

Thing are off to a very good start. And I look forward to getting regular checkups and lab work scheduled.

This was only my second appointment, but I feel that my provider is caring and supportive as well as respectful of my particular health views. She listened and asked perceptive questions. She provided me with appropriate follow-up care and summarized our agreements before we ended the appointment. She did appear to be rushed, but I know that is because she is being held to rather strict time allotments for each appointment.

This was my first appointment with this provider. It was an appointment to establish me as a patient. I was impressed with the ease of getting the appointment, the quick wait in the waiting room, the very personable and professional attitude of the provider and a NP student with her. I was disappointed that my lengthy intake form with detailed info about my prescriptions and medical history had not yet been inputted since I had turned it in a couple weeks earlier, and I had to try to quickly go over that information during this appt. We did not have time to cover everything and I needed a follow-up appt which was (thankfully) quickly scheduled.

I have always been pleased with my interaction with Providence.

This was my welcome visit, so I have yet to establish a "good" or "bad" experience. However, based on first impressions, I was left with a sense of comfort and appreciation for the appointment and the attention given to questions and concerns I had about my health.

When robin wasn't left, I was concerned that I wouldn't get a provided that I would feel as comfortable with or that would be as knowledgeable as robin is. Gretchen has met and exceeded my hopes and expectations for a provider. I am very happy with her service, her skill, and her knowledge.

I was delighted to get in to see Ms Hillman the same day as I was concerned about a rash. She reassured me during the visit and prescribed medication that dealt with my Issue. In the past I have received multiple survey requests for the same visits. I do not want to receive any more on this one.

My experience with the care provider was great and listened to what I had to say.

My provider was excellent. Office staff forgot to give me a FIT test and accompanying paperwork the day of my visit. However, upon my return to the office a few days later staff provided me with the FIT form I needed plus printed out the lab orders from Gretchen which I will use when I go to LabCorp.

I initially was going have to wait till the end of the month to see the doctor but the clerk put me on the cancellation list and I was able to see the doctor in one week for my sore knee.
