Was seen within 15 minutes was moved to a room due to my injuries was treated very well

I have never had a bad experience any time that I've gone for an appointment in all the years with this medical group.

Although I was unable to obtain an appointment with my usual primary "Dr. Middleton", I was given an appointment with Dr. Jacinto P.A. She was very nice and professional. She really listen and was able to answer all my questions.

I had major surgery on my back. I needed to have post hospital follow-up with with Samantha Jacinto and the appointment was great she Made me feel at ease, and answered all my questions I had a wonderful experience.

The check-in experience was quick and efficient. My time with the provider was excellent. I have had experiences in the past where providers are very quick to shuffle you in and out of the exam room. Seldom have they taken the time that Samantha took with myself and my son during this appointment to really listen to concerns and address any questions. She is amazing and I am glad I decided on this facility for my primary medical care.

The phlebotomist During my visit was absolutely awful. This was the only negative experience I had during my office visit. She was difficult and argumentative and no care provided after I expressed pain based on her missing my vein. I will probably never get my blood drawn by her if I have a choice

I wish that I can see my Doctor more but the PA is great she so thoughtful attentive to my concerns always she is great

Samantha Jacinto is a excellent doctor and has also previously made me feel important to address my needs. Very positive and upbeat person and makes you feel comfortable sharing the issues you have.

I was at the emergency room a few days before with lumps on my arm and they told me to follow up with my primary doctor. I mentioned it to the PA and she said she would look at it and never did so I guess she wasn't concerned like I am so I didn't get the care I should've gotten

I felt rushed this time and I felt more of a nuisance on that visit. She didn't really examined my left shoulder much. I got the MRI I felt I needed to determine the cause of the pain.
