Excellence service. No wait time like other providers. The office works like a Well oiled machine

I came in for an annual physical, and Rocio did not listen to any of my concerns or questions. She kept trying to throw medication at me, and not answer my questions. The appointment was rushed, and my blood pressure was taken incorrectly, thus making it seem that I have hypertension. And instead of retaking it to double check, Rocio was about to write me a prescription. The fact that medication was thrown at me vs actually seeing if I needed it is beyond frustrating. I also had a question about weight gain (note it was maybe 10lbs and I am not overweight by any standards) and she tried to send me to a doctor for ozempic. I have had several run ins like this with Rocio, and I doubt I will be coming back to this office to see her. This was by far one of the most frustrating and disappointing appointments of my life.

She was patient and kind and caring with me online and got my B12 vitamin and syringes ordered for an upcoming trip I'm going on.

Roceo addressed my questions thoroughly.

I really needed an in person appointment and could not get one. This provider rushed through the visit, did not take the time to understand my medical history, and ordered what I thought (and another provider later confirmed) was an unnecessary test.

I had a lot of things to talk to the doctor about, and she helped me with each and every one of them, even though they were a lot.

Dr. Locayo and her professional team are empathetic, respectful, patient, and solution focused. I appreciate this team and I am very happy.
