Great service no complaints

I stay with this provider because I like her so much.

December is busy time of year. It took 2-3 weeks and calls to look for cancellations but I eventually got in. Dr Rocio was great

NP and staff all use excellent people skills. Visits are relaxed and comfortable.

Rocio has always had my best interest in mind and will often refer me to specialists whenever it was needed

It has always been great care. I have a ckd, so I truly appreciate the time tsken when I have an issue to be sure nothing I am prescribed has significant impact to my kidneys. Its hard to say how much it means to have a trust in that and tge ability to be seen virtually.

I really appreciate my care providers empathy and great advice.

Excellence service. No wait time like other providers. The office works like a Well oiled machine

I came in for an annual physical, and Rocio did not listen to any of my concerns or questions. She kept trying to throw medication at me, and not answer my questions. The appointment was rushed, and my blood pressure was taken incorrectly, thus making it seem that I have hypertension. And instead of retaking it to double check, Rocio was about to write me a prescription. The fact that medication was thrown at me vs actually seeing if I needed it is beyond frustrating. I also had a question about weight gain (note it was maybe 10lbs and I am not overweight by any standards) and she tried to send me to a doctor for ozempic. I have had several run ins like this with Rocio, and I doubt I will be coming back to this office to see her. This was by far one of the most frustrating and disappointing appointments of my life.
