Overall, the experience with Dr. Park and his team is above the average. It could have been better if the wait time for virtual and in-person is less than 30 minutes.

Every time I need to see Dr. Jong Park it is a very good experience! He answers all my questions goes over my meds my problems and is very caring!!! Dr. Park is my daughter and son in laws Dr. Too. Thanks health team easy to talk to easy to receive care

Dr Park checked with Dr Pham to make sure that I could take Paxlovid because of my kidney issues. Making sure he could prescribe it to me.

Dr park showed kindness, compassion, understanding, caring, and he let me talk on how I was feeling, about depression and wanted to stop crying. My man friend of 15 years passed away, and I thought I could handle that situation, but I couldn't. Dr Parks talked to me and understood .

With doctors and practitioners having free slots and with the condition I have not critical, it is nice to be able to get appointments and primary care immediately. Staff are generally respectful and act in professional manner.

Dr Park and this medical facility have been my primary facilities for over 30 years. I have seen it evolve and feel that Providence has only made it much better. Thank you!

Dr Park's whole team contribute to the atmosphere ( respectful, and cheerful) of the office - everyone introduces themselves, and interact with you - makes you feel like you are valued. Dr. Park emphasized what I call "whole body" care - covers how different issues ( I am type 1 diabetic among other things) affect your health, and how he cares for you. Was very glad when he became my primary physician.

Dr park is not a good practitioner he needs to be consulted and mentored to patient needs. My brother is a dr and told about my experience, he kinda sides on the drs side but ultimately understood how I felt, he recommended I seek another practitioner

He listened carefully what I explained my medical history when I 1st visit him due to pcp changed.

Dr Park is excellent as a compassionate provider. He help us through my mothers stage [ID] cancer with his time and compassion. Making sure that referral and medications prescribed were done timely until her passing. He is now doing the same for my dad through Parkinson's disease. Taking additional time to coordinate care as a PCP for senior's with limited English capacity
