I am a new patient of Dr Anderson because my old provider closed their Santa Monica office. I am very happy with the Dr Anderson!

This physician was unprofessional and unhelpful. She did not address my issues, did not do a physical examination or offer any helpful information. She repeatedly asked me for a urine sample when I had already given one at the beginning of my appointment and failed to send me the results of my urine test. On top of this, she referred me to a men's health specialist. I am a woman. I had to go elsewhere to have my health concern taken seriously. I will never see this doctor again and would not recommend anyone sees her.

Dr. Ashley was excellent, she was patient she was thorough she was polite, she was professional and she was on her game In the best possible way

Awesome doctor

I've been having some scary symptoms and came in as a follow up to an ER visit that hadn't determined what was wrong. Dr. Anderson ordered a wide array of testing to try to uncover the Issue. She reviewed my file quickly and called right away (after normal hours) when she discovered something. She's also provided excellent communication in helping me see a specialist. I'm overall very happy and impressed with the attention and effort. Thank you!

This was an urgent care issue - I had a very tight knot in my back (felt muscular) and the service I received was phenomenal.

She was interested in all aspects of my health and offered extra context that I had not heard before which was helpful. Seemed very genuine

Visit seemed rushed. Pap smear was extremely painful. No questions were asked, that I recall, about concerns. I would have liked to ask for a dermatologist referral but she left too quickly. I wasn't given the opportunity to talk about a Rx that the nurse told me to ask the doctor about. Shortest annual checkup I've ever had in my life.

I was treated promptly, the need for testing was determined, testing samples were taken and based on symptoms and preliminary test diagnosis, a script was sent to my pharmacy.This visit was with Urgent Care because my normal provider was on vacation. I was not in crisis, but considerable discomfort.

Dr a bit distant - she was young so felt she was a bit intimidated

The provider exceeded my expectations. I rarely have visited doctors. As a result, my philosophies are leaning more towards eastern medicine. That said my provider was so good and understood my thinking. At 68 years old, I had never taken medication. The only challenge I had was with the first nurse she had more of a stoic posture, which is not the style and lightheartedness I enjoy. That said the overall experience was excellent. Thanks.

Dr.Anderson was responsive, thorough and kind. She is not my usual provider, who was not available, but she did everything I had hoped she might and I will see her again next week to take out the stitch she put into the area where she took a punch biopsy.

In the question about provider referrals, I only recently got the referrals - there were no questions to ask. Dr. Anderson has been extremely helpful with navigating a painful back injury. I feel like she has given me quality care and referrals.

It was the first visit I had with Dr. Anderson And I was quite happy meeting and having her as my primary physician.

The whole team at Dr. Anderson's office were wonderful, including Dr. Anderson, even when we encountered a little tech problem. The staff were clearly happy team members and treated us with respect the entire time. Dr.Anderson listened to concerns of both patient and her new family medical advocate with respect & Thoughtfully reissued referrals as well as problem solving with us. I am highly impressed with the entire team and especially with the time and care given to us.

It was my first visit with the doctor for a physical. She rushed through the exam. Didn't ask me any questions about myself to get to know me. I will find another doctor who seems or acts like they are interested in their patient. Didn't suggest anything other than what I told her I needed.
