She was patient and a great listener. She explained everything I needed to know and answered all of my questions. She spent a lot of time with me and followed up when I asked a queston on the portal.

This was the first time I had seen Michaela Collins. She was outstanding. She listened to me and explained in detail what she thought was my diagnosis and took a blood test, unirinary and still sample. She was very thorough. She has an excellent bedside manner.

I've been EXTREMELY impressed with the care I've received from this provider (Machaela Collins, NP). She has been very caring about my discomfort and the impact of this illness on my life. She has been working with me all week to try to get answers and connect me with appropriate care. She had followed up with me multiple times about a referral, additional medication, additional testing, and just checking in to see if there's been any improvement. She has advocated for me with a specialist to try to get me seen as soon as possible. I've been lucky to have many good, caring doctors over the years, but this has been a truly exceptional experience.
