NP Rachel Hannon is so through and knowledgeable and explains everything. She always ask if you have any questions to confirm that you understand the situation. She is patience and doesn't rush the process, you feel like she really cares about your health. I wish that she could be my primary care provider. Dr. Gowthaman is my current primary care provider and I absolutely admire her but it's difficult to get an urgent appointment with her because she's always booked.
