Dr. Ish Shalom is amazing!

If I can not get to see my regular provider for some reason I can be certain to see another in the office very well qualified also and this is important to have that as an option that I have had to use several times in the past year.

Great provider, I drive from Seaside Oregon just to see her even thought I know I could do an online meeting for most of my visits. I feel the one on one time is invaluable!

I didn't mind the wait. It wasn't that unreasonable or unbearably long. I was informed about it at check in and offered an opportunity to reschedule or come back later. I expect that physicians may need to spend extra time with patients from time to time and I certainly felt that Dr. Ish-Shalom spent all the necessary time with me and didn't act rushed or grumpy about it. She was helpful and personable.

New patient visit. I have a follow up visit soon. So far so good !

This was an initial visit to set up services with Dr. Ish-Shalom. I was extremely satisfied with her demeanor, attention to detail and listening practice. She made me feel comfortable and established a safe space from the moment she entered the room. From a patient's perspective, these attributes are important to me. I am a practicing registered nurse and pay attention to these, and many other details and would proudly recommend her.

Everyone was friendly, and professional.I was promptly seen.

Caring full attention to my needs

I have several concerns. Dr listened and identified items she could provide options for that day knowing I had appts coming up with specialists that could potentially address other issues. I have clear idea on follow up with her office.

She listened to me and has a plan of action that no other doctor ever suggested.

We really appreciated Dr Ish-Shalom. My daughter liked her so much that she asked me to switch to this doctor as her primary care provider. Dr Ish-Shalom was very thorough and encouraging to my daughter who was learning she probably had torn knee ligaments and would need surgery. Not the news we want but given with such kindness and encouragement and humor we enjoyed our visit.

My Doctor is new to me. Only seen her twice and I really like her.

When I arrived, the front desk informed me of delays immediately and continued to keep me updated. This was wonderful since so many offices don't do this. Dr Ishalom is very personable and caring and helpful . Also a refreshing change from so many providers these days.

Dr Ish-Shalom is absolutely fantastic! She always listens to my concerns and I feel she genuinely cares about her patients. I was her patient at her last facility also and followed her to providence to keep her as my Doctor. I would pay out of pocket to see her if I didn't have insurance because she is the first doctor in YEARS to actually help me with all of my concerns. I appreciate her and I hope providence does too!

Doctor Tess Ish Shalom and her assistant were very good and well informed about my medical history and issues. I felt comfortable and my questions were and answered. Doctor Tesstook time to fully review and update my information and prescriptions. I was impressed with the clinic staff and the facility. Great work Providence!

Very informative visit

Please thank Dr Ish-Shalom for me for her kind, professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate care. She did a thorough exam of the areas of my acute pain, and referred me to have an MRI and consultation with my neurosurgeon right away. She was an exceptional, articulate, accurate, and clear communicator. I give Dr Ish-Shalom very high marks!

Excellent service/care

Dr stood in for my regular provider out on maternity leave. Dr was very engaged with me during my appt.Only constructive comment would be is Dr or staff should offer take home information about the exercises I can do at home that we discussed.

I truly believe that Dr. Shalom saved my life. If I hadn't met her, I might have remained in bed without hope, simply waiting for life to pass. Dr. Shalom is not only incredibly knowledgeable - like a scientist deeply committed to understanding the human body - but also has the empathy and warmth of a therapist.When I was in unbearable pain that no one seemed to understand, she offered me not only comfort but real solutions. She continues to help me take one step forward at a time, and for the first time in a long while, I feel hopeful about the future.What amazes me the most is how thoroughly she understood my situation - it felt like she had studied all my records before even meeting me.
