Dr Grissom is very personable and easy to talk to. I feel at ease in his office and he thoroughly describes things so it is easy to understand.

All of the staff was great. Especially the nurse, she was very professional, but also very friendly and easy to talk to. Dr. Grissom was great, he spent more time with me going over all my concerns . I didn't feel like I was rushed out.

Dr. Grissom is always helpful in explaining the physical processes going on in the body that give rise to the current condition, (e.g. Improved cardio from increased iron absorption and how to keep that at a consistent level with proper attention to dietary protein). Dr. Grissom is the best PCP I have ever had. He listens, he's empathetic, he remembers things about me. My insurance is now OON but I am paying those OON rates because I do not want to see anyone else. I always recommend him to anyone looking for a provider.

I only answered that question about scheduling ease as poor because it was my first appointment and it was scheduled 6 weeks ago. Which would be ok but I had a medical concern I needed to address and that didn't speed up my wait time. I still had to wait a long time while dealing with pain because "establishing care appointments are scheduled months out" so that was highly frustrating. But the provider was great once I finally got in to see him. He had great bedside manner. He had a great sense of humor. He was professional and seemed very knowledgeable which gave me a sense of comfort because I've met many doctors who were not any of those things. I have heard great things about this provider and now I get to experience it myself as a patient of his. He also kindly offered to see my daughter. Which was great because I wanted to ask him but he mentioned it first.
