Heather Pfeiffer is always been sincere very intelligent on questions and answers and the very polite

Heather always warmly greets me and listens to my concerns.

Heather Pfeifer seemed knowledgeable; however there was mild condescension in her verbal and nonverbal communication. Tolerable, but not warm and welcoming. She provided everything I needed, but saw fit to dispute my knowledge and perspectives in a way that was mildly off-putting and probably unnecessary. That being said, I'd see her again and see her as a health ally.

The doctor made was attentive to what I was saying and made sure ask a find out if I had any concerns, issues and if I understood everything that my care team is doing to help and she said she would help me understand what was going on if I didn't.

I am very pleased with my health care provider and have been seeing her for years. My only wish is that when I schedule an appointment sometimes they are way booked out. I realize that can't be helped. It doesn't surprise me that she is popular and has a lot of repeat business. My daughter goes to her too and feels the same way.
