This was my first appointment with Heather Pfeiffer. I found her to be Interested In all I had to say, knowledgeable about my heath conditions and thorough In her questions about my health conditions. I enjoyed talking with her and am very pleased she is my primary care provider.

Heather Pfieffer was a new provider for me and she was one of the most thorough and knowledgeable provider I have ever had; top 5%.

My appointment was a follow up to an Emergency Room visit I had and everything turned out okay.

Heather is great: good listener, great explanations, and often thinks of additional details that could impact my self care health plan

Dr Pfieffer is the best kind of provider there is. The reasons being, she is respectful and listens to what you have to say and if she feels that what you are saying about your health is not to your benefit, she will kindly explain why. She always wants the best for you. I know that when I get to see her, that I will always feel good after I leave. She is smart, kind and funny, very relatable.

Heather is very knowledgeable and helpful. Her MA was also top notch. They are helpful on the phone too

She is normally very good, this time I felt she was really not interested, pused me off to others, and was rushed, I actually left the appointment feeling a little hurt.

I appreciate Heather and her expertise. She is cheerful, listens well and allows me to ask pertinent questions.

Dr. Pfeiffer is always prepared when I have an appointment. She asks the right questions to get to the problem and then has the knowledge to figure out the answers to my health issues. Heather is not my usual care provider, but I'm always pleased when she's the provider available. She's professional, friendly, listens well and makes you feel heard. She's is super!

Heather has been a critical component of my care for years. She has consistently been there and I trust her with my health.

I am extremely happy with this clinic, to the care I received it. However, I cannot say the same in regards to when I have a question related to the health insurance coverage.

I wish the visits were longer. She might understand me better and I would be more inclined to open up to her. Not her fault. It's a systemic problem.

Heather always warmly greets me and listens to my concerns.

Heather Pfeifer seemed knowledgeable; however there was mild condescension in her verbal and nonverbal communication. Tolerable, but not warm and welcoming. She provided everything I needed, but saw fit to dispute my knowledge and perspectives in a way that was mildly off-putting and probably unnecessary. That being said, I'd see her again and see her as a health ally.
