I love Dr. Randles. She Is always kind, personable, interested, and knowledgeable. If she is delayed for my appointment, she always apologizes, takes enough time with me, and gives no sense of urgency to move on.*I don't give recommendations, but if asked, I will say where I get Healthcare.*I had difficulty with the online scheduling, but I'm not super tech savvy.

Dr. Randles is great! She has been treating me for about 10 years. I have many chronic conditions and she really listens to me when I explain symptoms and their impact. She lets me know when new medications or treatments are available. It is important to me that I feel like my doctor and I are a team working together on my health. I feel like Dr. Randles is a good teammate. I wish I could get an appointment with her more quickly to address issues when they arise. She is very receptive to messages via My Chart, which is very helpful (I don't always need an appointment to address a concern).
