Dr Randles is the BEST. I've been seeing her for several years: I never feel rushed, always feel heard. I'd recommend her to anyone as a caring & thorough physician. Please give her a raise. Seriously. You need to keep people like her. She's the main reason I stay with Providence. She's not judgmental with my various imperfections & illnesses and is willing to go the extra mile to get a specialist if needed. Her front office is always nice as well. Good vibes in N Portland Interstate usually!

The best thing about Dr Randles Is that even when she disagrees with me she leans in and wants to understand where I'm coming from. She listens. At this practice I've had several experiences with providers who left me feeling unheard, who did not take my health history into account when assessing me and my condition, and quite frankly made me feel like they did not believe me when I stated my symptoms. Dr. Randles always makes me feel heard, believed, respected and works together with and finds health solutions. Five stars for Dr. Randles.

This was my first visit to see Dr. Randles at Providence Medical Group - North Portland, and I was very impressed. The staff was kind, welcoming, and professional, and Dr. Randles' reputation as an excellent provider is well deserved. She was incredibly engaged, knowledgeable, and spent ample time with me. As a new patient, I did have a long wait period to schedule an appointment (I booked the visit in early November 2004, and the first date available was April 2005), but it was very much worth the wait. I am grateful to have established care with Dr. Randles and team in North Portland.
