My primary physician, Dr. Michael Lynam, has provided medical care for me for more than 20 years. I am so pleased with the care I have received from him and his team. He has been willing to change his practice by adding Nurse FNPs, RNs and other support staff to meet the needs of the patients in order to provide smoother and more readily accessible care. He listens with the intention of understanding my concerns. He is knowledgeable and experienced. He always discusses my plan of care and asks if I agree with the plan and asks if I have any recommendations or suggestions. I appreciate his communication style. I will miss him as he plans to retire in the near future.

Dr. Lynam is a wonderful, caring doctor. He listens and gives good answers. He knows my history and my family history and ensures that I get the tests and care that I need. Thank you.

While I'm at it in the past 3 months I've undergone triple heart bypass surgery and the entire Providence staff from check in personnel to heart surgeon was absolutely first rate and treated me as a valued patient, with oversight, patience, and follow up. I can't say enough good things about how well they all took care of me!!!!

Doctor Lynam is a fantastic doctor and person

Dr. Lynam has been my primary care physician for at least 15 years. In every interaction with him I have had over those years, he has been professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, supportive and personable. He has been honest with me in helping address health issues that I needed to recommit to. He has been essential in my aging process, asking great questions and helping me sort through ways to address growing older. Dr. Lynam has a wonderful sense of humor which helps me feel at ease when talking to him about life changes, etc. I always come away from an appointment with him feeling welcome, heard and satisfied that my concerns are being addressed. He is a wonderful doctor and I am so grateful to be able to work with him.

You didn't ask if other than phone call to this provider if I contacted him via My Chart. I answered negative to the phone calls but I have used My Chart multiple times for my medical team including Dr. Lynam. I find My Chart very helpful and a good way to get information, both to the provider and from.

I think that Dr Lynam provides excellent care. This survey focuses on phoning Providence but I usually contact via the MyChart portal unless I have an urgent need.

THE CARE PROVIDER KNOWS VERY WELL MY CONDITION AND IS ON TOPOF MY WELFARE. He gave me advices on what to do next time I see my other spceialists.

Dr. Lyman was patient, understanding, and he did not rush me. He let me ask all the questions I needed to ask, and simply clarified information I needed. He was also very respectful that I had a regular PCP that I normally work with, and I appreciated that very much. I was in a great amount of pain, and he was helpful.

Dr Lynam is knowledgeable. He listens to my concerns and responds appropriately. He is compassionate and understanding. One of the best doctors I have had. I feel like he is my friend and I feel free to tell him everything.

As usual, such a pleasure to see Dr. Lynam again. I feel so lucky that I am able to remain his patient what with his busy schedule. He is a top-notch Dr.!
