Visit was just fine except the wait time- I waited 20 minutes in the hall and another long wait before the doctor came into the room. She was apparently running behind.

My doctor and the MA are exceptional! She is very busy and it's hard to get in or get appointments moved but her team including the MMA and nurses do an exceptional job with replying to questions or calling about possible appointments opening up.

She listens to me and genuinely cares about my health. She takes the time to explain things in an easy to comprehend way.

The Providence team is exceptional! The team takes time to go thru blood work findings, physical wellbeing as well as mental health. I had some improvements in blood workDr Marapaung and I were so excited! Dr continued ti support the positivr changed I have made. I feel very confident in my team at Providence Monroe.

Except for the lab and blood test, my experience was very good and professional!! Dr. Marpaung was very attentive and gave me her complete attention. The assistant nurse was also very attentive and present. The lab technician NOT SO MUCH!! He was a very scattered and stressful person who exudes that to the patients and his fellow workers. I didn't appreciate the way he talked to me or others around him. Can't remember his name but, he was a tall man with a gray beard...

This Dr. Is meticulously careful in diagnosing & looking at past history. However, when I bad kidneys stones, I had difficulty reaching anyone at the clinic to get some help. She is helping me get follow up care now extremely well & is helping me get an ultrasound very soon.
