Julie Hornsby, Providence HP - This was the first time I have seen this provider for my health care needs. I was experiencing high blood pressure due to some traumatic betrayal issues in my marriage. I realized I had to get help in order to cope with my situation. I was highly emmotional an unable function In my daily life and routines. I appreciate the triage team finding me a quick next day appointment. But moreso, I am extremely grateful that they assigned me to Julie. Julie was very patient, listened to me and to what I was going through. She was truely sympathetic, no judgement. She understood the sadness and confusion of my situation that I was going through. Julie genuinely cared, she shared caring words of support.Julie suggested, and referred me to Behavorial Health support. Additionally, upon review of my chart, Julie also made a small adjustment to my meds to help me sleep and get through the trauma I am going through.I am thankful for her care and support, and will definitely try to schedule with Julie again. Thank you for Julie!

Julie Hornsby has a calming presence which puts me at ease. Most importantly, I know I am being heard. She doesn't hurry through and that to me is a gift all on its own. Thank you for having her at the clinic.

I really appreciated Dr. Hornsby's attention to what I had to say. When I spoke up about concerns, she stopped the exam to ensure she was able to absorb and understand everything I was saying. I felt very heard.

Had to wait a little over thirty minutes past appointment time but was not too bothered by it. I understand some appointments may take longer than expected. Julie is an excellent provider and I always feel that she listens, understands, and respects my concerns/issues.
