I am usually there for family practice to see Kristin. I rarely wait more than 15 minutes from the front desk to the nurse assistant to the doctor. I am very happy with my experiences so far. They are all very well mannered, respectful and courteous. But more than anything, I notice compassion. Way to go staff!!

Although Ms. Willis is not my primary care provider, this first visit made me feel well cared for, professionally.She referred me to a physical therapist who specializes in the therapy I wanted to resume; when I learned that this specialist was no longer available, I received referral to a different clinic and therapist within twenty-four hours.

It was the first time I had met this provider and she was easy to talk to and listened to what I had to say.

Kristin and her nursing staff answer any messages that I send through the Providence portal within a very short time on any working day. They also respond on weekends and make sure that I know what care to use. Kristin was especially helpful and clear on helping me understand the results of any tests or xrays that were taken. I really appreciate the attitude and prompt response from the team.

She always has time to answer my questions. I don't feel rushed or just a number. She's always pleasant and interested in what's going on.

I was a few minutes early for my check in time which was 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment, roomed right away but didn't see the actual provider for 45 minutes, I work and have a tight schedule too and feel that wasn't respected.
