Anna K. Shoolroy, PAC

I am so thankful to have found Anna as my PCP. She is truly exceptional-warm, caring, and consistently makes me feel like I'm her only patient. I never feel rushed with her; she is fully present, truly listens, and brings a level of compassion that is rare.At my recent visit for an upper respiratory infection, I felt I needed antibiotics, but I trusted her clinical judgment when she felt my symptoms were more likely viral. Even though I know my body well after 60 years, I followed her recommendation. Unfortunately, my condition progressed, and four days later-over the weekend-I went to express care, where I was prescribed antibiotics. Within three days of starting them, the infection has finally begun to clear.Even so, I would not trade Anna as my PCP for anyone. It's not always easy to treat conditions that present commonly yet affect each patient differently, but Anna remains the best primary care provider I've had since moving to Washington 5 years ago. Her dedication, empathy, and genuine care mean the world to me.

She listens to my concerns and has the heart of a teacher, politely challenging me where she thinks I am wrong or misguided, while also using the doctor's visit efficiently and effectively. I never feel like my time is wasted in her office. Anna has taken care of me well over the years, and help answer questions about my long term health, and what I need to do to feel healthier overall. I am happy to return and highly recommend her practice.

Listened well and discussed multiple possible options (depending on test results and how things progressed). I did have a little trouble getting my test results and ended up having to drive to Inland Imaging quickly before they closed that day to get them (it was somewhat urgent to me because I didn't know the cause of the pain and the results made a difference on whether or not I picked up a specific prescription), but I understand there's only so many hours in a day.

Anna spent so much time with me going over my medication and what would be the best way to handle my situation. She asked about another one of my heath care concerns. She listened and didn't rush me. I have changed PCP. My daughter Is a paiteint of Anna's as well. And she couldn't say enough good things about her. I needed one of my bipolar medications refilled and she was booked out about a month. I got a call back right away that she could see me In a couple of days so I could get my medication. I was get things done right away from prescriptions refills to refills. This office runs runs smoothly. I am 58 and I've seen a lot Dr's and there have never been anyone as professional, warm, caring. Just as a whole wonderful as Anna! I've written a lot of reviews about my Dr's and I'm happy that Anna's are always happy one's

PCP is pleasant and I believe does a good job, but I think she has too many patients and is over worked. She seems very knowledgable. I like her.

I started going to Ana starting around 2019-2020 and at first I was scared, but meeting her for the first time was great, I've actually felt heard, and she was willing to sit and listen to things about my brain and about my health, never once have I doubted her not giving me answers that I need. She's a caring provider who brings light into the exam room every time I come in to see her. Since going to Ana for my doctor I've seen a massive improvement on the way I am and she motivates me to continue on and to never give up.
