Since I needed to see provider next day since symptoms got worst and there was not space for me, I appreciated the doctor for making an apt. At Urgent care for me.

The staff were professional and courteous. Dr Hardy came in prepared for my visit, with knowledge of my current issues and questions. She spent time with me, and we discussed my concerns. I was very pleased with the visit. I had blood work done. The staff was great.

My provider was familiar with my recent medical interventions and ED visits before walking into the exam room. I appreciated that she did not review the chart for recent history while in the room with me.

Practice is extremely busy. Very difficult to see PCP without a 2-3 month wait. PA Hardy is easier to schedule with and she does a great job. Very confident in her services.

I was very happy with my experience with Kristin J Hardy. I did have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment and would have had to wait almost 2 months to see my regular care provider.

Dr. Kristen Jules Hardy is a great care provider and I hope to be her patient for many years to come. She listens, she cares, she is very responsive, and does whatever she can to help me. For example, I am traveling and she made sure that I will still be able to get my prescriptions filled. She is very responsive, for example, ordering follow-up tests, and making referrals to specialists right after our appointment. I also appreciate Jules' philosophy when it comes to diet and nutrition. I would highly recommend her and always enjoy my visits with her. Also, the office staff is kind, and respectful.
