This is the second time I have seen Whitney, the first was a video conference when I contracted Covid-19. Whitney on both occasions was very approachable, thoughtful, listen closely to my concerns and symptoms and provide the medical guidance I needed. For Covid-19 she quickly understood my concern mainly due to age and the virus's impact and provided the needed prescription quickly. I was able to get it within a hour. This visit again was due to a nagging virus, but not Covid, by wait was minimal. I was able to get an appointment with Whitney 30 minutes for 30 minutes after my call to the provider's scheduler. Whitney does a very good at her job and I greatly appreciate her help this visit as well as the previous visit
