Dr Franks is frequently late to my appointments despite being prior to 9am. She often focuses on the computer screen when talking without making eye contact. Not so warm and friendly.

Love this doctor - she has been wonderful to me.

Dr looked at me more a little. Dr usually doesn't make eye contact. Dr listened to my concern about history of cervical cancer and having a pap. But did not take Pap test. Last visit this Dr could not tell me the best type of Calcium to take even though this Dr recommended 1200 mg a day. My osteoporosis is now worse. I wanted to know how to get the calcium to absorb better. Thankfully my regular primary told me to try to get my calcium in food first.

Very thorough

This appt was for a routine well woman exam that I should have scheduled a long time ago. It was scheduled a ways out, not sure how far out but I remember thinking it was a long time, which is how it is with all my appts. That's the only gripe I haveit's too hard to get an appt. That's said, I love all my doctors, and in this survey, specifically, Dr. Franks. She is very knowledgeable and kind, and always considers my mental state of anxiety when giving her responses. She definitely spent the right amount of time with me and made me feel at ease.

Dr. Franks has given me the care I need, but she is not a friendly person, which makes it difficult to have an open conversation. I feel as if I need to go in prepared with everything I need. She provides it, but she doesn't seem happy about it.

I've been going to Dr. Franks for the past 20 years because she is gentle, explains well, reassuring, top notch, cares about her patients health, & is the knowledgeable doctor everyone should have whether for yearly well woman checkup or in those times when medical issues arise. Her proactive demeanor & empathy reassures patients that they're in good hands & teaches us all to be proactive about our health. Amazing doctor. Did I mention my sister goes to Dr. Franks & delivered my nephew 23 years ago? And my mom was a patient of Dr. Franks for decades. And when she sent mom for a routine mammogram it was Dr. Franks who called mom to let her know something in scan did not look right. It was a stage 1 cancer & our family has been so grateful to Dr Franks for sending mom in the first place. Mom had radiation & was a survivor in so many ways. Thanks Dr Franks for ALL you've done to help our family & thousands of people at St Jude!!
