About Jenna H. Gaines
Jenna Gaines, DNP, started her healthcare career as a nurse in Seattle, WA. Continuing her education to become a nurse practitioner fulfilled a lifelong goal of caring for people in a holistic capacity.
When caring for patients, Jenna’s first priority is to listen and learn what is important in their day to day lives, and how their health affects their lifestyle. “When creating care and treatment plans, what the patient wants should always be at the center,” Jenna says, “I want to understand what their goals are for improving or maintaining their quality of life.”
Jenna received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Seattle University, then earned her Masters of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Arizona. In her career, she has had the privilege of caring for patients in Belize and our veterans through the Veterans Administration. In her free time, Jenna loves to travel and explore new places. She also enjoys hiking, yoga, and going to music concerts.

NP is a kind, warm, and caring individual who made me feel heard.
Providence Patient
Jenna Gaines is superior. She is professional, knows a great deal about heart medications and the heart, is warm, listens very well and one leaves feeling cared about in a very positive manner. I think when one has heart issues it is so important to be seen more often. It takes months to get into my heart doctor who is also great but too busy to see me if needed. I am not sure if this is where I should say I am shocked at the wait for having blood drawn recently. I waited 2 +hrs, couldn't wait any longer, came back a couple of days later, waited even longer. I hope this will Improve itself soon as I have never heard so many complaints.
