I felt the receptionist desk was professional and helpful and my visit with Carol was extremely helpful and informative.

I came in with a sore throat and loss of voice due to getting over a cold. Provider Dieu was amazing !

She's not my regular doctor but I was very happy with her; she was very knowledgeable about my condition and she listened with much interest to what I had to said and spent enough time with me and explained very well about the treatment that I needed. Excellent work

I originally wanted an appointment with my primary doctor but she was busy so I met with the nurse practitioner. Nurse Carol was fine and help me with my problem.

I have bad leg problems and this time they hurt very bad. My doctor was not available so they refer me to Carol. She was excellent.

Good bedside care, very attentive

She helped ne by explaining my sciatica what to do and with a plan to help me get thru thus and recovery. Thank you .

Ms. Dieu, the NP who attended me during my visit, is very knowledgable. She listened to me as I explained and summarized what had been going on with me. She also would answer my questions about my health needs and prescriptions. The only "negative" that I would say is that she will use "OK" after every sentence that one says and in a hurried manner, and so one gets the feeling that one needs to rush what one says as well. I personally don't think that it's impatience on her part or that she has to rush to help the next patient, but it does make one feel that way.

Nurse Carol was easy to talk to and listened with patience, her assistant was also very polite and helpful

Carol is such a good listener and knowledgeable. She was very attentive and answered all my questions. I am keeping her as my regular clinician unless I need a specialist.

Carol took her time to talk to me and listened to my health concerns. I appreciate that she didn't rush this appointment and did a thorough screening.

Very easy and fast appointment. Helpful staff. Ms Carol NP was calm and polite, but she questioned my needs and did not seem to care for my problem or ask follow up questions even after explaining the situation several times. I understand it was in the afternoon and I am sure it's hard to see many parents, and I am not her regular patient, but I am a patient nonetheless and felt like I had to be on a defensive.

Carol was very easy to talk to, knowledgeable and she listened to my needs. The receptionist desk was kind enough to walk me over to the lab desk since this was my first time visiting Facey Medical Group. The lady that took my blood was kind and took my blood without any issues and made me feel comfortable. Overall, my first experience with Facey Medical Group was wonderful. I loved the fact that I was able to take my blood work at the actual clinic and did not have to be referred to a 3rd party location. Results for the blood work came very quickly and Carol provided great input on the initial results with next steps. The app makes it very convenient for me to have access to all my medical records from my mobile device and communicate with the team. Booking appointments from the app is also convenient where I don't have to call in each time. So far a very good experience with Facey Medical Group. Nice job investing in modern systems and technology for healthcare. It really is making the healthcare process a good experience for patients and offering efficiency.

Was told I could have a physical or ask questions to the concerns I have. Carol also said she was like urgent care and wasn't able to really river my concerns UNLESS I wanted to schedule another appointment. I also asked for a PT referral and never received it.
