My with and I have been coming to Mission Heritage Group for over 25 years, and have seen many doctors during this time and have been extremely happy with them all. Dr. Amy Underwood Jolly has been are primary doctor over this time and we extremely blessed to have her taking care of both my with and I medical needs.

Dr. Underwood was extremely thorough and as a result was able to detect an issue that was missed during a recent hospital stay.

Dr Underwood was very responsive to my needs and very thorough and efficient in completing the necessary care that I required at that moment. She seemed to have all the records and information that would have been useful to her in completing the care. She is very professional and listened carefully to me as I explained some unusual 'wrinkles' in care I had recently received via another provider and handled them well.

Dr Underwood was great. It was confusing entering as it was not clear which clerk/ receptionist to check in with. The woman closest to the door was on the phone and sort of waved me off.The woman on the far left, however, did stop what she was working on andcall me over. She was very helpful courteous.

My husband and I both love Dr. Underwood. She is a very professional and caring doctor. We couldn't ask for better.

Dr underwood has been my primary care doctor for over 10 years and I would say I am a super fan! Dr Underwood has been great for regular schedule health checkups but also fantastic for oddd ball emergencies like weird nasty rash or foreign object stuck in my ear! (Funny but scary too!) I really respect her because she is so knowledgeable on so many different levels. Over the years if there is anything I have seen her for that is not quite in her lane she has referred me to a number of excellent doctors that are also colleagues of hers at mission hospital often too for a same day appointment! I live in San Clemente. I am a little bit older now and am finding it a great bonus that Dr Underwood has moved to new offices in Talega! Which is less Than 5 minutes from my home. It is lovely to have a doctor that feels like a neighbor but who also acts like a friend. I am grateful!

I am able to access test results easily on the patient portal and feel it is unnecessary for someone to call me with the results unless the test result identified an acute or urgent medical issue.
