Rachel (Rae) Shore, MD

Rachel Shore is a Resident Internal Medicine Provider at Providence Primary Care - Northeast Portland. Rae entered internal medicine residency with a strong background in global health, including volunteering in the community health sector of the US Peace Corps in Peru, performing data analysis at the CDC during the COVID-19 pandemic, and conducting hepatitis B research in Southeast Asia for her MPH degree. She is interested in critical care and infectious diseases, and hopes to focus her medical career on caring for globally marginalized patient populations, researching global health disparities, and participating in disaster response efforts. Outside of the hospital, Rae enjoys staying active and growing vegetables in her garden.
