Excellent customer service

Dr. Tolani listens to my concerns and treats me with respect. He is a good doctor.

The attending receptionists greeted me with a warm smile, she was friendly and accommodating. She made my check-in so easy and stress free. As for Dr. Amit and his assistant they both made me feel comfortable and easy to talk to. Normally when I go to a medical appointment I get so nervous that I forget to ask questions I wanted to ask. Dr. Amit and his assistant both made me feel at ease and comfortable. I can feel their sincerity and concern in relation to the questions I was asking. Throughout the years I've been with Swedish (Minor & James) I have never had a bad experience. And if I'm not mistaken I've been a patient there for over 20 years.

No enough time for questions and answers

Dr Tolani seems to be thoughtful physician who listens to his patients. The main concern I have with him is that he does not do any physical exam during the visits.

Easy to communicate my history and current situation and needs

This was my first appointment at Swedish. I liked my doctor and felt like he listen to me.

Dr. Tolani was great. He took his time listening to all my questions/concerns and responded very thoughtfully and thoroughly.

I'm so grateful to have Dr. Tolani as my pcp. His bedside manner is unmatched, he is compassionate and actively listens without making you feel guilt or embarrassment. He was extremely kind and patient (more so patient since I had ALOT to go over with him). He made me feel so comfortable and valued as his patient.

Excellent care, wonderful Doctor

Dr. Tolani has really great bedside manners. He's extremely patient and listens to all your concerns. He's knowledgeable and I was really happy with how he approached all my concerns. I didn't have a great experience with my previous PCP but really appreciate Dr. Tolani for his comprehensive and rational follow-up. Happy to have established care with him!! And will definitely recommend him to many other family members/friends!!

I have been well treated at this location by several primary care providers in my 40+ years of going there. It Is a great group and I highly recommend them. Dr. Tolani is outstanding.

I communicated via my chart email prior to the appointment by a few days about what I wanted to discuss & review. This was so helpful in making the appointment very productive in moving forward towards my health goals. This provider was ready to ask clarifying questions, targeted physical assessments & recommendations for referrals and medication adjustments. Overall, it was one of the better doctor appointments I've had.

I feel confident that my care team, including Dr. Tolani, are providing the best, up to date care available. Glad to be able to take advantage of all of that which Swedish has to offer.

I saw Dr. Tolani as a new patient today and he was fantastic. I was greeted with a smile and a handshake. Then he immediately wanted to know about me after introducing himself. From then on, the focus was on what I needed/wanted out of my care. He was patient, thorough and had a great bedside manner. I also appreciated not only his knowledge but honesty too when warranted. While the office staff was average, I can't recommend him enough.

Dr Tolani is by far and large a very good and thorough Doctor at listening to concerns, checking concerns out by ordering labs & with his direct communication - unlike another MD in that practice that seriously needs remedial training with patient care followup and communication - I mean it is a matter of good health or not; or why bother with going to a MD appointment (!&#!) it is not enough to just to MyChart any notes, please please communicate issues as if it were your own personal health & well being - you would appreciate it from this side too
