Dr Allen is very thorough . . .this was a follow-up to an emergency room visit for colon bleed. The ER Dr. Did not mention ovarian cysts revealed on scan done, but Dr. Allen saw it on the report and followed up with a scan. Dr Allen is exceptional.

I seem to be getting better care than I did in the past. In the past, I was given the wrong inhaler for my COPD and Asthma. Also, I was not seen in a timely manner, with my doctor because they had a heavy caseload, I was in a lot of pain at the time, but luckily your carer team was able to get me a doctor. The doctors I see now are a lot more friendly and seem to care which helps out a lot when you have medical problems. One more thing, my past providers ok, just to busy.

Everyone was courteous and professional. All my concerns were addressed and satisfied.

Great care provider! I worry that I may not be able to schedule with her on short notice for a new illness/health concern. I don't know this to be true, but it is something I experienced on several occasions with another provider at Pacific Medical Centers.
