There has never been a bad experience in association with my medical needs.

This appointment was moved numerous times to accommodate the Dr (s). Then was switched to tele-health early that morning. Then started late. I am not sure what I got out of this beyond what my regular provider could have done. But when I talked to your provider, she was very professional and detailed. She was not the problem.

She gave me information about my condition, answered my questions, and ordered tests and medications. The office made all the phonecalls for subsequent tests and procedures, as well as made my appointment for my next visit with Dr. Srinivas.

It was like a breath of fresh air to meet with this provider. She listened, was compassionate, professional and answered all my questions.

It was refreshing to have a provider, a specialist, actually listen to my concerns and give me her undivided attention. She gave me feedback in language that I could understand and ordered the tests that I needed immediately. She was open, Inviting, and friendly. I wish she was my primary care provider. It's nice to talk to a Doctor who doesn't spend their time paying more attention to their computer than the patient. I cannot say enough good things about this Doctor.

This doctor, and everyone I've encountered in my visits to this facility (since my stroke last February) has been courteous and competent, and has exhibited a "spirit of service" that I value and appreciate.

My mom had a stoke and this was her 2nd appointment, we felt very comfortable with her.

Dr. Srinivas is very kind, comforting, empathetic, and caring. The office was running behind, but she made me feel like I was the only patient. After having a stroke, her comfort and reassurance made me feel buoyed as I left the office. Thank you!

Excellent visit

I was told the provider would go over my records, then they would contact me on whether I needed a follow up appt from an ER visit. Said it usually took a week to review file.It took 4 weeks of me calling to find out if I actually needed to be seen. Come to find out the dr was actually out of the office, when I was told my file was still waiting to be reviewed. I would have like to have been told this, rather than my file is still in the "pile" waiting to be reviewed.Once I saw the dr, I was thoroughly impressed with her service and her pro-active approach to my health concerns

This doctor and staff are a absolute pleasure to deal with.

Dr Srinivas said there is no need at this time to return. But if I have a stroke, I should call her office and she will see me right away.
