Dr. Ferguson was absolutely wonderful. She had obviously reviewed my medical history before the appointment, and made sure to go over the details with me to ensure nothing was missing or incorrect. Unlike some of my previous doctors, Dr. Ferguson actually listened to what I said and asked follow up questions. The final plan of action was the result of a conversation and mutual agreement on the best way to move forward to achieve maximum benefit for me as a human being.

Doctor Ferguson is always very nice, pleasant and respectful of her patients. She listens to concerns, explains all the options and gives her best recommendations for her patients medical care. Doctor Ferguson and her staff are great at communicating with her patients, answering any questions during visits, through their messaging system and on the phone. They will do anything they are able to for her patients care. I feel very fortunate to have her as my doctor.

She is willing to work with me and those around me, such as family, in the best interest of my medical condition of my epilepsy to try and find a way to get it under control, but with the difficulty of getting it under control she is also good at listening to how I accept that they are not under control (why I can find joy in my seizures with some purpose in life because of them) and has confirmed that it is good so that I do not get depressed that it has not yet been fixed.

I've never had a doctor as caring, thoughtful, persistent, encouraging, and knowledgeable as Dr. Ferguson. Upon having my initial phone conversation intake with her, I knew she was going to be a different type of doctor. After about four years in her care, I can honestly say I've never felt so cared for by a provider. She's changed my life.
