I love the great way the office is ran. Friendly and efficient check-in. I love Dr. Pan's nurse, he is so friendly and helpful. Of course, Dr. Pan is amazing! She is an amazing doctor who always listens!

Dr. Pan is hella great, always eases my mind about facing the inevitable.

She was thorough with questions about my condition & how the medication I take that she prescribes is working. She made 1 adjustment.

We like Dr Pan she took time with us and answered our questions.

Dr Fei Pan has helped me more than I thought possible. If it were not for her, I would still have daily migraines. I have my life back because of her recommendations.

Dr. Pan has been instrumental in treating my disorder. Knows my history, is very gentle when injecting botox in very sensitive/painful areas of my face.

I only picked 8 or 9 when asked, to allow them to actually get even better, but I thought they all did an excellent job!!!

Dr Pan is very through in her exams of me. She asks questions and listens carefully to what I say. My visits with her are only once a year now, which for my condition is a good timeline.

The staff and provider have been excellent. Going to Kadlec is amazing. Respectful, professional and overall fantastic.

Dr is very up to date on my medical history. Encouraging about titrating off a long term med and presented very knowledgable about why that was safe. Her staff are as friendly and knowledable as she is in their job. I would recommend her highly to anyone.

This was my first visit, was happy with her care.

Of all the medical Specialist I've visited (10) in the last four months since my stroke Dr. Pan has been the person that took the time to checked my reflexes and static strength.

Dr Pan did not seem to listen to my concerns or explain the ramifications of my diagnosis. It was a very challenging diagnosis and I do not feel she spent the time that was needed to help process the diagnosis.

She was great. She took time and listened to me. Gonna try some new migraine meds and told me to come back in a month or two.

I was greeted when I checked in in a very warm and friendly manner.The Dr. Was so professional and thorough and really listened to what I had to say and answered questions.

Dr. Pan seemed very knowledgeable but seemed to lack empathy and interpersonal skills. At one point during my appointment, I began to cry because of the news regarding my health. When I tried to express my concerns, she came across as very cold and uncaring and told me, "Everyone has problems." While I value knowledge and expertise over all else, I also feel that the ability to show empathy is an important quality for a doctor to have. Given that this was my first time seeing this provider, and I was emotional at the time, I am hopeful that maybe this was just an unfortunate misunderstanding and future interactions will be better. However, my initial impression of Dr. Pan was not great.

My visits are comfortable and I am always listened to.

She is very good and always acts with concern for my health.

Dr Pan is easy to talk to and she clearly answered my questions. I felt we had good communication with each other.

I was greeted immediately & after less than 5 minutes taken back to see Dr. Pan. She came in the room right after I did. Explained the blood Draw review & why we should proceed with current medications.

This Dr has given me the best treatment for my condition that I have gotten in the 41 years I have been diagnosed and treated for it. I can function again.
