I see three of the Kadlec medical providers, each of them has carefully evaluated any concerns I have had, made suggestions to reduce the cause for those concerns, and, when necessary, made referrals to assist my recovery. I have had no issues with these providers, and feel fortunate to have access to their skills as needed.

My memory is poor on some of the questions. The staff is outstanding. The nurses aide was great. Dr Pan seemed to carefully consider my issue a mentioned any possible medication changes I might consider in the future. She seems on top of things. I'm glad she is my Doctor and I would recommend her any time. Your facilities are very nice with reasonable wait times which is wonderful considering the number of patients that can change day to day. You run a good ship and have great people working there. The Tri-Cities is lucky to have you there.

Took forever to make an apartment. The provider did not seam to understand what we were talking about

Dr. Pan was kind and concerned about what I might possibly have. She referred me to a Specialist in Spokane. She said that she didn't have the equipment or expertise that the Specialist in Spokane had. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends.

Dr. Pan has been instrumental in treating my disorder. Knows my history, is very gentle when injecting botox in very sensitive/painful areas of my face.

I only picked 8 or 9 when asked, to allow them to actually get even better, but I thought they all did an excellent job!!!

Dr Pan is very through in her exams of me. She asks questions and listens carefully to what I say. My visits with her are only once a year now, which for my condition is a good timeline.
