The provider was professional, courteous, and listened to my input. This visit was more of a specialist consultation, the provided information on options, if warranted, and also provided supplemental information for my review, while awaiting testing results (I appreciated this and also that the provider was empathetic to my health challenges).

Alex explained everything clearly. What to expect and some different options available, if needed at a future date. I really had a good experience with Alex. I truly was very comfortable with her. She is an asset to this clinic.

I drive from Yakima. My visits the this facility are not easy. I usually show up early, so my wait time in the waiting room is longer for that reason. I never have to wait past my appointment time. I make this drive because I feel very comfortable with the treatment I am receiving. The group of doctors I see have done an above and beyond treatment plan that has really followed what I am hoping for. They respect my wish to make spinal surgery a last resort and the have pain meds also be a very last resort to any and all treatments. So when I'm told this is where you are in this, I am very confident and comfortable with what I'm being told. Kadlec has provided an excellent service to me the last few years I've been seen here. Thank you.
