It wasn't necessarily bad, but I did ask about perimenopause and weight gain. The response I got about gaining weight was that it is just my age. While that could be true, I wanted a little more feedback regarding how I can combat the weight gain.

Dr. Buchanan is the best. He knows what he is doing. I had an IUD inserted and saw on TIktok and online that it was painful. I was told by a friend that it was painful as well. Not so. This is not the first time I have noted Dr. Buchanan's skill. He checked my cervix when I was pregnant and felt no pain. Another time a nurse did it and I thought I was going to pass out from pain. All the doctor's are great at the Laguna location including the Christine Buchanan and the NPs. Dr. Viet delivered my first child, and I thought she was great too.
