Desiree was very empathetic and you can genuinely see it in her facial expression. She was happy to explain all procedure in lameness terms for my husband and I to understand. And she allow me to talk my thoughts out loud without any judgement.

She was kind, knowledgeable and respectful. The appointment was basically a consultation about some test results and she went out of her way to provide me with some routine care and more testing. When test results came back, she messaged me about them, unlike any provider I have previously had. She was awesome, would definitely recommend her to anyone!
