Theresa (Teri) Hamer, MD

Dr. Hamer is an experienced OB/GYN Hospitalist who specializes in caring for obstetric and gynecologic patients in the hospital setting. She is dedicated to providing timely, high-quality care for women during evaluation in the OBED, labor, delivery, and other urgent or emergent situations that may arise. She works closely with nurses, midwives, and physician colleagues to ensure patients receive the appropriate level of care when it is needed most. Dr. Hamer strives to provide calm, supportive care while prioritizing safety and clear communication. As Medical Director of the OB Hospitalist Program, Dr. Hamer provides clinical leadership for the hospitalist team and is committed to advancing patient safety and quality improvement with a focus on OB/GYN inpatient care.
