About Demitris P. Haldeos
Dr. Haldeos came to Washington State, from New York State, to complete his postgraduate medical training at UW – Seattle, and plans to stay. “Occupational Medicine found me. After my father succumbed to an occupationally related disease, during my earlier medical training, I took some time to refocus on why I practice medicine, and this just fit. I was always interested in preventive medicine, the environment, and teaching. This led to my becoming a Teacher, and completing a Masters in Environmental Science, and a Masters in Public Health.
