Brian is a kind and courteous provider and will be missed.

I felt that it took this Dr awhile to hear what I was saying about my Injuries then to finally address them both properly . He was not as gentle as he could be during examination/palpitations of my injuries.

Provider did not spend enough time to ensure that we had all of our questions answered.He didn't not even looked at the previous x ray to compare if the insure is improoving

Good fast and efficient

The wait time was horrendous, dr Lloyd was personable but after waiting an hour then getting an X-ray, my 5 minutes with him was not satisfactory.

I believe Brian Lloyd, ARNP was rude and not attentive to what I said. His nurse was also inattentive.

It was a bit impersonal but it got the job done. The doctor seemed nice just didn't talk much.

All good. Brian Llyoid is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Satisfied with the care Ive received so far.

The med techs who casted my sons leg= AWESOME! Bryan Lloyd his RN= AWESOME, ability to schedule apts., and get your reception staff to like, do something more than placate me and expect me to feel good about it= no bueno. They are lovely people, I'm sure, but when ur a parent, a single parent possibly dealing with a first time home break they should at least consider that in their approach. It may be mundane and common for y'all but as a first time experiencer, wasn't the greatest experience. That's all I'll say. Back office staff- lovely. Front office staff lovely too, just a lil bit rushed. Not rude or mean. Just maybe, a bit brief- obviously, so.

Dr. Black and his staff exceed expectations across the board. Brian Lloyd will be a great provider...once he feels comfortable in his own skin.

The provider (ARNP) was kind and listened, and seemed knowledgeable about and proficient in the injection he suggested and then administered. He did not discuss the X-rays or the healing of the fracture, and I forgot to ask, but was able to access the surgeon's assessment of them on line later in the day. There was a minor discrepancy between our conversation about aftercare and the written appointment summary provided.

I always receive really good care. Plan of action is explained and Dr. Always spends as much time with me as I need. He always ask me if I have any questions.

I have been a patient at this office for over 25 years and 7 surgeries. The care for each and every one and their follow up appointments have always been a pleasant adventure.
