Dr L?pez Is and has been very good doctor Both my boys go there so I know him for 22 years now

Dr. Lopez provided great care for my son even beyond the regular office hours. He called me to tell me the results of my son's bloodwork and tests on the holiday weekend. He has always gone above and beyond to provide such great care.

Dr. Lopez is great, professional, and informed. Thanks for the prompt service as always. Also I appreciated the phone calls from the doctor regarding my son's needs, medications, and lab results.

Dr. Lopez is great. He always calls to let us know what the test results are which is very thoughtful. I have recommended him to others.

Office got us in on an emergency visit and spent the quality time we needed and did the test and result same day.

This provider did not seem to care about our concerns. Nor did he have any helpful information or knowledge about our concern. He spent very little time examining our son.

Not easy getting a first time appt. Provider did not review the health history prior to coming in - patient has an eating disorder and did not want to know their weight. Provider went ahead and told us the weight which has set patient back. Provider did not physically look at the toe and told us it was not broken because patient could walk and run on it. On the third time he finally looked at it because I informed him it was red and swollen. Was not open to listening to our needs. Very open and close attitude. Awful visit. I am looking for another job so I can get better health insurance and never come back to Facey.

Always pretty quick getting in to see the Dr., Lab is quick as well

He was rude, he didn't seem to care or listen

I just think Dr. Lopez needs to be more friendly to kids you could tell he's not a kid person My daughter definitely does not want to return with the same doctor

The provider doesn't seem to have a connection with his clients which have been with this provider for more than 10 years. Doesn't seem to care enough. This provider gets you in and out really fast which in doing that the patient doesn't have time to ask enough questions or share any concerns
