Richard Miller, MD

Dr. Richard E. Miller is Board Certified in Pediatrics and a Diplomat of The American Board of Pediatrics. Holding an undergraduate degree in Bioengineering from UCLA and having garnered his MD from the prestigious Keck School of Medicine at USC, Dr. Miller excels as a first-generation college graduate (with honors). He then completed his pediatric residency program at the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles and is still a Pediatric Care Network Provider Member for the Children’s Hospital. Dr. Miller has been in private practice in the Cedars-Sinai West Tower and is a Pediatric Attending at Cedars- Sinai Medical Center since 1995 and is a co-founder of West Tower Pediatrics. “I knew from the time that I was 12 that I wanted to be a pediatrician”. I love working with children. They are so vulnerable, open, and honest. When they get better, I feel better. I think of myself as a Modern ‘Old Fashioned Doctor’ who encompasses and adapts to new technologies such as Telemedicine to provide the best care for my patients. I keep my treatments as natural as possible and see patients from birth to 21 years. In my practice, I have patients from all cultural backgrounds, and I work arduously to make sure that their treatment needs are met in a comfortable manner congruent with their beliefs. I am married, and also have two kids of my own, so I truly understand the deep concern that parents have for the health of their children. In my spare time, I like to bike and hike the local trails as well as spend time with my family.
