I really love this provider for my son. Hes not rude &he cares about what my son is going through

Doctor was very professional and courteous.

Despite did not care about the things that I have spoken with him about my child nor was he interested in helping the situation I asked that this provider be changed and that my child see someone different. I am very frustrated and disappointed in how the provider acted towards my child, especially stating certain things that should not be spoken in front of my child. He was very unprofessional. He also did it seem like he knew what he was talking about and made me and my child feel very uncomfortable. Not to mention we don't even feel comfortable going back to the facility to see a different provider Because we know that will cross paths with that provider. He is not the first provider to make us feel a certain way or put my child's health in jeopardy. I honestly think that this provider and the other provider at the Hesperia location need to be evaluated and appropriate actions need to be taken so these types of things don't happen in the future to other parents and children. I work in the medical field and this is never acceptable nor tolerated.

The bad is the provider was too personal with what I need to do and all 8n my business. Instead of focusing on the concerns I had with my child. He was hard to understand and would make comments I felt weren't right to ask, leaving uncomfortable. I wanted to feel welcomed and respected, but was being judged on how I care for my child alone.

This was a good experience with the provider. I'd love him deeply.

I am pleased with Dr Z and his wonderful nurse looking forward to bring my daughter back when needed they both see great with handling my needs
