Sarah A. Tycast, MD

Graduated from St. Louis University School of Medicine in 2003. She then completed a residency program in Pediatrics at St. Louis Children’s Hospital in 2006. She stayed at SLCH working in their Adolescent Center for 5 years before moving to Portland in 2011. She is board certified and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Tycast enjoys working with families and children of all ages and in particular has a passion for the adolescent population and the complexities of that developmental stage. Dr. Tycast grew up in Seattle, WA and attended college at Stanford University where she graduated in 1998 with a Bachelors Degree in Human Biology.

Dr. Tycast is married and has 2 young boys. Her husband is a urologist in the area. As a family they enjoy being outdoors, playing sports, and keeping those boys busy! In her free time, Sarah likes to cook, read, and knit.
